Once you have created a Scene, right click in the Sources box (or use the plus at the bottom) to add what ever you want to capture. This means if you name a source Game, you can't have a Scene with the name Game. As an important note, all Scenes and Sources are global in OBS Studio, so they can not share a name. The arrow buttons can be used to change the order. For example: Welcome, Desktop, Game, Break, End. You can create as many Scenes as you want, and name them to easily distinguish between them. Right click in the box under Scenes (or use the plus at the bottom) to add a scene if there are none listed yet.
